Your Textbook Alternative...

I have an embarrassing confession.  While I was in college I did not do my research when it came to textbooks.  I just bought whatever they had at the book store and was done.  I know now I payed  * w a y *   more than necessary.  And my blog is entitled Our Life on a Budget… like I said, I am a little embarassed. But, I have learned a lot since then.  Recently I came across the company Campus Book Rentals.  Being that our family works with college students, it really sparked my interest.  Maybe I could help save some of our students from the perils of overpaying for textbooks.

This is where you can make money by renting the books you would like to keep.  Awesome option if you are all about keeping your books.



Like I said, I am still kicking myself for not saving the money I could have… if you are a college student you should really check these programs out… they will save you money! :)
